Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy for personal information (hereinafter — the “Policy”) applies to all information that WebAgregator (sole trader Anton Alekseyevich Kirenkin) and\/or its affiliates may obtain about a user during the user’s use of any of the websites, services, platforms, programs, and products of WebAgregator (hereinafter — the “Services”).
Use of the Services constitutes the user’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of personal information set out herein; if the user does not agree to these terms, the user must refrain from using the Services.

1. Personal Information of Users Collected and Processed by WebAgregator

1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, “user’s personal information” means:
1.1.1. Personal information that the user provides about themselves voluntarily upon registration (account creation) or in the course of using the Services, including the user’s personal data. Information that is mandatory for the provision of the Services is marked accordingly. Other information is provided by the user at their own discretion.
1.1.2 Data that are automatically transmitted to the Services in the course of their use by software installed on the user’s device, including the IP address, cookie information, information about the user’s browser or other software used to access the Services, access time, and the address of the requested page.
1.1.3 Other information about the user, the collection and\/or provision of which is determined by the governing documents of individual Services.
1.2. This Policy applies only to the Services of WebAgregator. WebAgregator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the user may navigate via links available on WebAgregator’s websites, including in search results.
Such third-party websites may collect or request other personal information from the user, and other actions may be performed thereon.
1.3. WebAgregator does not, as a general rule, verify the accuracy of personal information provided by users and does not monitor their legal capacity. However, WebAgregator assumes that the user provides accurate and sufficient personal information on the matters set out in the registration form and keeps such information up to date.

2. Purposes of Collecting and Processing Users’ Personal Information

1.1. WebAgregator collects and retains only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of the Services and the rendering of services (performance of agreements and contracts with the user).
2.2. WebAgregator may use the user’s personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of a party under agreements and contracts with WebAgregator;
2.2.2. Provision of personalised Services to the user;
2.2.3. Communication with the user, including the sending of notifications, requests, and information relating to the use of the Services and the rendering of services, as well as the processing of requests and applications from the user;
2.2.4. Improvement of the quality of the Services and their usability, and development of new Services and features;
2.2.5. Targeting of advertising materials;
2.2.6. Conducting statistical and other research on the basis of anonymised data.

3. Conditions for Processing the User’s Personal Information and Its Transfer to Third Parties

3.1. WebAgregator stores users’ personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of the relevant Services.
3.2. The confidentiality of the user’s personal information is maintained, except where the user voluntarily makes information about themselves available to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain Services, the user agrees that a certain portion of their personal information becomes publicly accessible.
3.3. WebAgregator is entitled to transfer the user’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The user has given their consent to such actions;
3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the user’s use of a particular Service or for rendering services to the user;
3.3.3. The transfer is required under Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of procedures established by law;
3.3.4. Such transfer occurs in connection with the sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), whereby the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy with respect to the personal information received;
3.3.5. For the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of WebAgregator or third parties in cases where the user violates the Service’s Terms of Use.
3.4. When processing users’ personal data, WebAgregator is guided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation.

4. Modification of Personal Information by the User

4.1. The user may at any time modify (update, supplement) the personal information they have provided, or any part thereof, as well as the privacy settings thereof, using the personal data editing function in the personal section of the relevant Service.
4.2. The user may also delete personal information provided within a particular account by using the “Unsubscribe from mailing list” function in the personal section of the relevant Service. In such a case, deletion of the account may result in the inability to use certain Services.

5. Measures Applied to Protect Users’ Personal Information

WebAgregator takes the necessary and adequate organisational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal information against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as against other unlawful actions by third parties.

6. Amendments to the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law

6.1. WebAgregator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. When amendments are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. A new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise stipulated by the new version of the Policy.
6.2. This Policy and the relationship between the user and WebAgregator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
